Problem
ERP systems track operational data, but ESG reporting stays manual, disconnected, and hard to monitor in real time. EcoSphere closes that gap by wiring sustainability metrics, employee participation, and compliance tracking directly into day-to-day operations.
Core Modules
Environmental — emission factor library, carbon transaction tracking (manual + auto-calculated from operational records), sustainability goals with progress tracking, department-level carbon dashboards
Social — CSR activity management, employee participation with proof-of-completion approval workflow, diversity metrics, training completion
Governance — ESG policy publishing, policy acknowledgement tracking, audits, compliance issue management with mandatory ownership and due dates, automatic overdue flagging
Gamification — XP ledger, badges with rule-based auto-award, challenge lifecycle (Draft → Active → Under Review → Completed/Archived), redeemable rewards catalog, leaderboards
Scoring Engine
Each department gets an Environmental, Social, and Governance score, rolled into a configurable weighted Department Total Score (default 40/30/30), aggregated into an org-wide Overall ESG Score.
Reporting
Environmental, Social, Governance, and ESG Summary report templates plus a Custom Report Builder — filterable by department, date range, module, employee, challenge, and ESG category — exportable as PDF, Excel, or CSV.
